St. Mary's Catholic Church, located on the southeast side of Melrose is the oldest church in the community.  Regular Sunday masses are scheduled for 5:00 pm Saturday, 8:00 am and 10:30 am Sunday's.  Spanish masses are scheduled on a monthly basis.  For more information call the parish house at 320-256-4207

St. Paul's Lutheran Church is located across the Sauk River on the north side of Melrose.  Worship services, Sunday School, and adult bible study are held every Sunday.  Call the church office for times.  320-2563847

Within driving distance from the City of Melrose is churches of many other denominations.  Freeport, 5 miles east, and Sauk Centre, 9 miles west, are homes of Baptist, Methodist, United Church of Christ, Episcopal, and Non-Denominational communities.
