Melrose Riverfest

June 24th-28th, 2026 at Sauk River Park in Melrose

Event Dates & Hours: Friday, June 26th, 2026, 10am-2pm
Saturday, June 27th, 2026, 12pm - 10pm (you may come early or stay later).
Location: Friday: Main Street Saturday: Sauk River Park, Melrose, MN
Vendors are required to be present and open during the hours listed above. The Melrose Area Chamber of Commerce Riverfest Committee reserves the right to select and/or limit vendors and reserves the right to prohibit items and/or activities that are deemed inappropriate. We kindly ask that food vendors do not sell items that the Chamber is selling. If you have a question on that, please call Joelene at 320-256-7174 or email at [email protected].

Space: You provide your own trailer or tent set-up, electrical cords and water hoses. The Melrose Area Chamber of Commerce Riverfest Committee will not provide these items for you. Please include space and electricity needs in your application and we will do our best to accommodate. You must keep your space tidy and clean up when you leave.

Rules & Requirements: Food Vendors must sell only their approved product(s). Food Vendors must clean the immediate area around their stand or tent. Food Vendors are required to obey all state statutes, county regulations, and city ordinances regarding licenses, health and safety codes, vehicle requirements and fair-trade practices. When applying please include a copy of insurance and certifications for your business.

Fees & Deadlines: The deadline for Food Vendor Applications is June 12th, 2026. There is a fee of $150 per day as a Chamber Member. Non-Chamber Member fee of $200 per day. If you apply for both days, then we will give you a $50 discount. Please see page 2. If a Food Vendor withdraws from the event or is a “no show”, the application fee will not be refunded. Please note: the event occurs rain or shine. Please be prepared for inclement weather conditions. Fees are non-refundable. Please bring your own generator and electrical cords. Friday, June 26th, 2026 10-2 Main Street Melrose. Our local businesses will offer various family friendly events throughout the day on Main in conjunction with the city’s Crazy Days. Vendors are required to be present and open during the hours listed above but are welcome to come earlier or stay later. The Melrose Area Chamber of Commerce Riverfest Committee reserves the right to select and/or limit vendors and reserves the right to prohibit items and/or activities that are deemed inappropriate or not family friendly. Vendors will set up along the sidewalks on Main Street—no reserved spaces. No setting up in front of the barber shop per his request. First come first serve. $20 (*No cost to Melrose Area Chamber of Commerce Members)

Saturday, June 27th, 2026 1-5. Sauk River Park. Our Riverfest celebration will be happening at the Sauk River Park where you’re invited to join us to sell your products or advertise your business with a booth. The Melrose Area Chamber of Commerce Riverfest Committee reserves the right to select and/or limit vendors and reserves the right to prohibit items and/or activities that are deemed inappropriate or not family friendly. We’ll have live music, petting zoo, bounce houses and more so we’re hoping to bring in a big crowd. (Our parade starts at 6:00 and will go by the park so we’re allowing you time to get out of the park before the parade starts.) You may set up starting at 11am. $30 (*No cost to Melrose Area Chamber of Commerce Members

Space: You provide your own set up and table(s) and chairs. The Melrose Area Chamber of Commerce Riverfest Committee will not provide these items for you. Please include space needed in your application. There is not a specific amount of space allotted so we can work with you.

If a vendor withdraws from the event or is a “no show”, the application fee will not be refunded. *Please note: the event occurs rain or shine. Please be prepared for inclement weather conditions. No electricity available. Fees are non-refundable. Forms must be included with the vendor fee in check form (no cash will be accepted) payable to: Melrose Area Chamber of Commerce: PO Box 216, Melrose, MN 56352. Fees will be used for advertising the sidewalk sales & vendors at the park. ALL APPLICATIONS MUST INCLUDE A MN ST-19. If you need assistance with this form, please let us know.
